Shipping policy

Every item is printed for you. Our products are made to order in Lexington, Kentucky — production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Delivery

Orders ship via USPS from Lexington, KY. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like to place an order, contact us at admin@bluegrassprintlab.com and we'll see what we can do.

Order changes & addresses

Need to change your shipping address or modify an order? Email us within 24 hours of ordering at admin@bluegrassprintlab.com. Because items go into production quickly, we can't guarantee changes after that window.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or your package seems stuck, reach out and we'll work with the carrier to track it down. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
