Overview

This website is operated by Bluegrass Print Lab (“we”, “us”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before using the site. We may update these terms at any time by posting changes here; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our products

Our items are 3D printed to order, primarily in PLA, a renewable bio-based plastic. By nature of the process:

• Minor surface characteristics and small variations occur; no two items are exactly alike. Product photos are representative of what you'll receive.
• PLA can deform in high heat. Items are intended for indoor use and should be kept away from heat sources, direct prolonged sunlight, and dishwashers.
• Unless explicitly stated, our products are not food-safe and are not toys for young children — some contain small parts.
• Items designed to hold tea lights are intended for LED tea lights only. Do not use open-flame candles with any of our products.

Some of our products are printed from designs created by independent designers and sold under paid commercial licenses; designer attributions appear on product pages where applicable. All site content and product listings may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.

Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including due to pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or stock/material availability — with a full refund of any amount paid. We may limit quantities per customer. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but content may occasionally contain typographical errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluegrass Print Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law.
